Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Relations Lead responsible for
maintaining and strengthening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client communication and meetings, ensuring coordination with
internal teams
Oversee new client onboarding and address client issues in
collaboration with various teams
Support revenue retention and expansion, providing renewal pricing
recommendations and contract preparation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
1-2 years of experience in project or account management, writing,
or analytics
Strong relationship management skills with a service-oriented
mindset
Proficiency in Excel, including data functions and pivot tables
Familiarity with proprietary or specialized software platforms
